Detailed Description The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Iowa. Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott Counties. Cedar River near Conesville affecting Muscatine and Louisa Counties. . The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa. Iowa River at Marengo affecting Iowa and Benton Counties. Cedar River at Cedar Rapids affecting Linn County. Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE. Iowa River at Wapello. * WHEN. Until early Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 21.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Agricultural land near the river is flooded and water covers most islands. Water starts rising onto secondary roads in Wapello Bottoms. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 21.5 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.9 feet early Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
