Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 706 PM AKDT, river gauge reports indicate steady water levels, but heavy rain is moving into the advisory area. Minor flooding is expected to begin shortly, especially near Ward Lake. Between 0.1 and 0.42 inches of rain have fallen Thursday evening. The expected rainfall rate is 0.2-0.5 inches in 3 hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2 inches are possible.
