In Southeast Arizona, southwestern Graham. * WHEN. Until 930 PM MST. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 632 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Low water crossings on San Pedro River Road and River Road may flow with swift moving water and become impassible. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
