Brief Description Special Weather Statement
Detailed Description Pockets of dense fog, locally reducing visibilities to under one half mile, will be possible through about 8 to 9 AM. The lowest visibilities will be in the vicinity of river valleys, including parts of the Kankakee, Illinois and Iroquois rivers. Motorists should be prepared for rapid changes in visibilities across short distances and allow extra following distance with the vehicle ahead of you.
