Brief Description Flood Watch
Detailed Description * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. A portion of central New Mexico, including the following area, South Central Mountains. * WHEN. From noon MDT today through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Thunderstorm activity caused by a surge of monsoon moisture over the region resulting in heavy rainfall that could lead to flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
