Brief Description Severe Thunderstorm Watch
Detailed Description Conditions are favourable for the development of dangerous thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts and torrential rain. Hazards: Wind gusts up to 90 km/h Torrential rainfall with amounts exceeding 50 mm When: This afternoon. Additional information: Thunderstorms along a cold front are expected to move through the region this afternoon. ### Significant damage to property, buildings and trees is possible. Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms capable of producing damaging hail, wind or rain.
