| Detailed Description | A long duration event will begin today and continue through the coming week. Daytime high temperatures near 30 degrees Celsius combined with overnight lows ranging between 12 to 16 degrees Celsius are expected over the next 7 days. The heat is expected to end next weekend. ### Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature conditions are expected to pose an elevated risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
