Any future precipitation could affect the forecasts. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE. North Fork Whetstone River near Milbank. * WHEN. From this morning until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 1054.0 feet, The low water crossing on 479th Avenue begins to flood. At 1056.0 feet, Significant agricultural flooding begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 1056.1 feet. - Recent Activity.
