| Detailed Description |
* WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of northern Utah, including the following counties, Box Elder, Davis and Weber. * WHEN. Until 1100 AM MDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 906 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.25 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Ogden, Brigham City, Roy, North Ogden, Hooper, Perry, Willard, Marriott-Slaterville, Corinne, South Willard, West Haven, Pleasant View, Farr West, Harrisville, Plain City, Warren, West Weber, West Warren, Slaterville and Wilson. - Standing water on I-15 between West Haven and Corinne is likely. |
