Detailed Description * WHAT. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Missouri, including the following areas, in north central Missouri, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Mercer, Putnam and Sullivan. In northeast Missouri, Adair and Schuyler. In northwest Missouri, Andrew, Atchison MO, De Kalb, Gentry, Holt, Nodaway and Worth. * WHEN. From 7 PM CDT this evening through Monday morning. * IMPACTS.
