Brief Description Flash Flood Warning
Detailed Description FFWTSA The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Eastern Creek County in northeastern Oklahoma. Northern Okmulgee County in northeastern Oklahoma. Southern Tulsa County in northeastern Oklahoma. West Central Wagoner County in northeastern Oklahoma. * Until 1215 PM CDT. * At 812 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Tulsa. Broken Arrow. Bixby. Sapulpa. Jenks. Glenpool. Coweta. Kiefer. Beggs. Mounds. Kellyville. Slick. Jenks Riverside Airport. Bald Hill. Stonebluff. Liberty. Hectorville. Leonard.
