Detailed Description * WHAT. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. A portion of southwest Idaho, including the following areas, Lower Treasure Valley, Upper Weiser River and West Central Mountains. * WHEN. Until midnight MDT tonight. * IMPACTS. Heavy rainfall could trigger flash flooding or debris flows in and near recent wildfire burn scars. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - National Weather Service Meteorologists are forecasting heavy rainfall over burn scars, which may lead to flash flooding and debris flows. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
