Brief Description Tropical Storm Watch
Detailed Description * WHAT. Northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and very rough waters. * WHERE. Pamlico Sound and Croatan and Roanoke Sounds. * WHEN. Tropical Storm force winds possible from Wednesday evening until Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS. Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
