In northeast New Mexico, Eastern San Miguel County, Far Northeast Highlands, Harding County, Johnson and Bartlett Mesas Including Raton Pass and Northeast Highlands. This includes the Hermits Peak and Calf Canyon burn scar. * WHEN. Until 6 AM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
