Brief Description Severe Thunderstorm Warning
Detailed Description At 3:02 p.m. PDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts, up to nickel size hail and heavy rain. This severe thunderstorm is located 12km northeast of Christian Valley, moving north at 15km/h. ### Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain. Road conditions are available at https://www.drivebc.ca/.
