| Detailed Description |
* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of northeast Nebraska, including the following counties, Madison and Pierce. * WHEN. Until 1015 AM CDT. * IMPACTS. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 726 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Pierce, Plainview, Battle Creek, Tilden, Meadow Grove, Hadar, Foster, Willow Creek State Recreation Area and The Highway 81 And 20 Junction. |
