| Detailed Description | * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. A portion of north central Kansas, including the following county, Rooks. * WHEN. Until midnight CDT tonight. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 943 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rainfall from earlier in the evening had since ended. However, minor flooding likely continues within the Advisory area due to a widespread 2.50 to 3.50 inches of rain that fell mainly between 630 and 830 PM CDT. Any continued flooding is most likely impacting low-lying areas and possibly rural roads from near to several miles south of Webster State Park. - This includes the following streams and drainages. Sand Creek, Lost Creek, South Fork Solomon River, Ash Creek, Webster Reservoir Area. - Some locations that could experience flooding include.
