For the Spring River. including Hardy, Imboden. elevated river levels are forecast. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Spring River at Hardy. * WHEN. From this afternoon to early Thursday morning. * IMPACTS. At 10.0 feet, Water is breaking out of the banks and flooding low lying areas along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 3:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.2 feet. - Forecast. The river will rise to 9.0 feet Sunday morning. It will then briefly fall to 8.6 feet early Monday morning, before rising again to 9.5 feet early Tuesday morning. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage. This forecast is primarily based on future rainfall over the next 48 hours.
