* WHAT. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE. Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Beaver and Texas and the Panhandle of Texas, including the following counties, Carson, Collingsworth, Donley, Gray, Hansford, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Ochiltree, Roberts, Sherman and Wheeler. * WHEN. Until 9 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Several rounds of storms capable of producing intense rainfall are expected to move across the northern and eastern Panhandles tonight.
