Brief Description Special Weather Statement
Detailed Description Heavy rain is possible. What: Up to 40 mm of rain. When: Today to Tuesday morning. Where Cassiar Mountains and Watson Lake. Additional information: A low pressure system will move across northwestern BC and into southeastern Yukon. Moisture associated with the system may give rain, heavy at times, to the Cassiar Mountains and Watson Lake. Early on Tuesday, rain will taper off as the low moves eastward. Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Watch for possible washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts. ### Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
