| Detailed Description | * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. A portion of southeast Nebraska, including the following counties, Nemaha, Pawnee and Richardson. * WHEN. Through Monday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Thunderstorms during the overnight hours produced rainfall ranging from 1 to 2 inches. Additional heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches is possible late Sunday into early Monday. |
