At 4:10 a.m. CDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing very strong wind gusts, nickel to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain. Thunderstorm Location: 15 km (15 km) northeast of Cayer Ochre Beach 30 km (29 km) north of Oakburn Motion: Southeast at 25 km/h Hazards: Wind: very strong (90 - 110 km/h) Hail: up to toonie size (3 cm) Rain: heavy (50 - 75 mm) Locations in the Path: Riding Mountain National Park of Canada Laurier Ochre River Rainbow Beach Provincial Park Ste. Rose du Lac ### Driving conditions will likely be difficult. Damage to roofs, fences, soft shelters or trees is likely. Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
