At 1:22 a.m. CDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing nickel to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain. This line of severe thunderstorms is located from Otatakan Lake to 8 kilometres north of St. Clair Lake, moving east at 55 km/h. Locations impacted include: Wabaskang Lake, Perrault Falls, Brownbear Lake, Scout Lake, Broad Lake, Sunlight Lake, Lac Seul, Wapesi Lake and Otatakan Lake. Hazards: Quarter size hail. Local rainfall amounts up to 50 mm. ### Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
