Southeastern Guthrie County in west central Iowa. * Until 1015 AM CDT. * At 513 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Standing water has been reported on Interstate 80 near mile markers 102 and 113.
