At 10.0 feet, Low lying areas and some roads along the river begin to experience flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 200 AM CDT Sunday, the stage was 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 200 AM CDT Sunday was 10.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then rise to 10.3 feet early Thursday afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - Flood History. This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.2 feet on 05/16/1993.
