Abundant lightning with gusty outflow winds will be possible with any storm, resulting in increased potential for wildfire starts and rapid spread on existing fires. The National Weather Service in Pendleton has issued a Red Flag Warning for abundant lightning, which is in effect from 2 PM this afternoon to 8 PM PDT this evening. * AFFECTED AREA.
