Detailed Description The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas. Sulphur River Near Talco affecting Morris, Franklin, Red River and Titus Counties. For the Sulphur River. including Talco. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Sulphur River near Talco. * WHEN. Until Sunday morning. * IMPACTS. At 25.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of lowland areas with a few secondary roadways closed. All cattle and equipment nearby the river should be moved to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 24.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:45 AM CDT Thursday was 24.2 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Saturday afternoon and continue falling to 15.1 feet Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
