Brief Description Flood Advisory
Detailed Description * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. A portion of northwest Texas, including the following county, Motley. * WHEN. Until 600 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 406 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. While heavy rainfall has ended across the advisory area, residual runoff will persist through early evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. mainly rural areas of East Central Motley County - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
