Brief Description Severe Thunderstorm Watch
Detailed Description Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms this evening. Main hazards: - strong wind gusts up to 100 kilometres per hour - hail up to 2 centimetres in size - torrential downpours of 30 to 50 millimetres - a tornado is possible. Nautical activities may be hazardous due to sudden, severe wind gusts over bodies of water. ### Utility outages are possible. Heavy rain can cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Strong wind gusts can damage trees, buildings and overturn vehicles.
