Brief Description Special Weather Statement
Detailed Description At 953 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Overton, or 12 miles southwest of Kilgore, moving south at 10 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include. Tyler, Henderson, Kilgore, Whitehouse, Overton, Troup, New London, Arp, Turnertown, Joinerville, Liberty City, New Chapel Hill, Laird Hill and Concord.
