Brief Description Flood Advisory
Detailed Description * WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of south central New Mexico, including the following counties, Dona Ana and Otero and western Texas, including the following county, El Paso. * WHEN. Until 715 AM MDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 412 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. West El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Central El Paso, East El Paso, Mission Valley, Chaparral, Anthony, Vado, Santa Teresa, Las Cruces, Sunland Park, Berino, Anthony Gap and Canutillo. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
