Brief Description Severe Thunderstorm Warning
Detailed Description At 7:51 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing very strong wind gusts, up to toonie size hail and heavy rain. This cluster of severe thunderstorms is located 55 kilometres north of Jaab Lake, moving east at 60 km/h. Hazards: 90 km/h wind gusts, nickel to toonie sized hail and heavy downpours. A tornado is also possible. ### Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
