Brief Description Winter Weather Advisory
Detailed Description * WHAT. Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 3 inches along Mountain City Highway, up to 7 inches in Jarbidge Wilderness Area and up to 11 inches in the Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE. Northern Elko and Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko Counties. * WHEN. From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
