Brief Description Yellow Warning - Cold -
Detailed Description A period of very cold wind chills is expected. The coldest wind chill values will be between minus 45 and minus 50. Locations: Lac Brochet and Tadoule Lake. Coldest wind chills: Near -45. Time span: Tuesday to Wednesday morning. Remarks: Very cold wind chills will return to portions of northern Manitoba once again this morning. These very cold wind chills will moderate during the day, however, will return during the overnight hours through to Wednesday. ### Risks are greater for young children, older adults, people with chronic illnesses, people working or exercising outdoors, and those without proper shelter.
