Brief Description Flood Watch
Detailed Description A tropical disturbance, known as JTWC's Invest 95W, will pass through the Marianas over the coming days, possibly as a tropical depression. While uncertainty remains in the details of 95W as it passes through the region, confidence is high in heavy showers and thunderstorms impacting Marianas, beginning this evening and continuing through at least Thursday. * WHEN. Through Thursday afternoon. * WHERE. Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - 4 to 8 inches of rain will be possible during the watch. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
